Sparklight Text Messages. If you have Sparklight, you can sign up for text alerts regarding outages
Log in to your Sparklight online account:
Visit www.sparklight.com and log in with your username and password.Update Notification Preferences:
Once logged in, navigate to the account settings or profile section.
Look for “Notification Preferences” or “Communication Preferences.”
Select the option to receive text message (SMS) updates.
Enter and verify their mobile phone number if prompted.
Save Changes:
Make sure to save any changes to ensure they are enrolled in text message notifications.
What kind of updates will you receive?
Customers can receive notifications about billing, service appointments, outages, and other important account information.
