Our standing committees are a great way to help shape the community experience. 

We’re actively seeking volunteers for the following:

 Social Committee – Plans community-wide events and gatherings

 Entrance Beautification Committee – Enhances the look and feel of our entrances

Architectural Committee – Helps maintain community standards and improvements

 Covenants & Restrictions Committee – Helps maintain community standards and improvements

Our dues are the source for maintaining our common areas. 

Our lighting throughout the community, the pool, the boat launch, the tennis/pickleball court, 

our insurance, the property taxes...all of this and more are made possible through the annual dues.

Our dues put Eagle Pointe Estates on sound financial footing now and into the future 

and keep our property values high.

The URL is the same, but the look and feel is different. EaglePointeEstatesPC.org is still the way for people to get information about our community. The website is designed with two groups in mind. First, for our residents, it's a place to keep up with events, retrieve documents, and see pictures from some of our activities. Second, for those considering purchasing a home, this website may be their first impression of Eagle Pointe, and we want it to be a good one.

There's also another reason for the move...price. This website is built using Google Sites. The website is free and the hosting is free. The only charge is a very nominal one to retain the domain name EaglePointeEstatesPC.org. We will save around $200 a year by making this move. 

Thank you all for supporting the clean-up day. We had a fantastic day with  31 neighbors coming together to support our community to make sure it is clean, safe and beautiful.   Thanks for all you do to serve and support this great community!
