Thanks to everyone who attended the annual board meeting. We welcome Danny Bailey as a new board member.

The minutes from last year's meeting were approved, so they have become official and are now available to view on this page.

Of the 128 lots in Eagle Pointe, 121 have paid the annual homeowner's dues in full. Thanks to all for respecting the due date.

Thanks to Allen for walking us through the many improvements, some very visible and others not so visible, that have happened during the last year. We all shared in helping. This past year, every single one of us contributed our homeowners' dues, and we are near 100% for this year as well.

In the year ahead, we're undertaking a major project — securing the wall behind the pool. Thanks to Allen for detailing the issues and the research towards a permanent solution.

EaglePointeEstatesPC.org is the way for people to get information about our community. The website is designed with two groups in mind. First, for our residents, it's a place to keep up with events, retrieve documents, and see pictures from some of our activities. Second, for those considering purchasing a home, this website may be their first impression of Eagle Pointe, and we want it to be a good one.

There's also another reason for the move...price. This website is built using Google Sites. The website is free and the hosting is free. The only charge is a very nominal one to retain the domain name EaglePointeEstatesPC.org. We save around $200 a year by making this move. 

Thank you all for supporting the clean-up day. We had a fantastic day with  31 neighbors coming together to support our community to make sure it is clean, safe and beautiful.   Thanks for all you do to serve and support this great community!
