Maintaining our Private Boat Launch is important to our community as a whole.
Please abide by the following rules to keep it a place that works for all of us. 

• Hours of Operation: 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

• Private boat launch and dock are for Eagle Pointe residents only

• All guests must be accompanied by resident

• All minors must have adult supervision

• No alcohol or drugs permitted

• Take care of your own trash

• Please lock gate as you exit area

• No loitering

• Docking of boats allowed while loading & unloading only

• Short-term parking is allowed for boat trailers & vehicles in the stone area

• Long-term parking is prohibited

• Each home is issued a key that accesses both the Private Boat Launch and Private Pool. If lost, the replacement fee is $25

• No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk

• Hours 7 AM- 9 PM (unless closed for maintenance)

• Private Pool for Eagle Pointe Estates members and guests

• Guests must be accompanied by a member

• Members are responsible for damage caused by their guests.

• Children Under 16 must be accompanied by an adult

• No pets inside fenced pool or tennis/pickleball court area

• No tobacco or e-cigarette smoking, glass containers, drugs, or alcoholic beverages in pool tennis/pickleball court area

• Children not toilet trained must wear swim diapers under swim suit

• No food or lawn furniture in pool

• Please remove all water toys from water before leaving

• Lock gate & turn off lights before leaving

• Residents are responsible for keeping pool area clean

• Each home is issued a key that accesses both the Private Boat Launch and Private Pool. If lost, the replacement fee is $25
