When are the association fees due?
Homeowners association dues are $500. They are due June 1st of each year. Our fiscal year runs from June 1 – May 31st.

Check made payable to Eagle Pointe Estates Homeowners’ Association
P O Box 1875 Pell City AL 35125.
Can I pay my dues electronically?
Not at this time.
Must I pay HOA dues and assessments for common areas I’m not using?
Your obligation to pay HOA fees does not depend on how much, or little you use the common areas.
What happens if I don’t pay the HOA dues?
Your nonpayment could potentially result in late fees and a lien on your property.
What are HOA fees and what are they used for?
HOA fees are used to pay the costs of ongoing maintenance and repairs to a community’s common areas, equipment, lawn care and landscaping, plumbing, street lights, pool maintenance, boat launch, utility payments for all common areas such as electricity and water. We have a master insurance policy to protect the community’s building structures and community property against damage.
Why does my HOA have rules?
The association’s rules and regulations are created to protect your community’s property values.
If I sell my home, is there a transfer fee?
The HOA transfer fee is $200 per lot collected at closing and payable to the “Eagle Pointe Estates Homeowners Association”.
If, I sell my property, how do I return the pool/boat launch key?
The access key to Pool/ Boat Launch is to be transferred to the buyers at closing, otherwise a $ 25 fee should be charged to the sellers.
I have lost my key to the pool/boat launch. What do I do?
Contact the board. A replacement key is $25.00.
What is the speed limit?
The speed limit in Eagle Pointe Estates is 25 mile per hour.
